Music: Got to get in the mood. We have great playlists or you can choose your own Spotify Radio Station.
Team Building: There will be comparisons and banter, sure to get a laugh.
Bonding: You’ll no doubt discover interesting things about your colleagues, that you never knew.
Socialising: Art, alcohol, food, music – what else do you need for that perfect corporate event.

The Stats: Over 1,250 events and over 25,000 guests have painted a Paint Pinot painting – surely they can’t all be wrong.
We can host your corporate events almost any time of the week. However, should you wish to have your event at one of our venues privately, we will will need a minimum of 25 guests purchasing painting tickets, during the times below, or a flat fee of$1,500 (GST exclusive). Please note that purchase of food and alcohol is not included in this price.
Thursday Night 6.30 – 9.30, Friday Night 6.30- 9.30 Saturday Lunch 1.pm – 4pm, Saturday Night 6pm until 9pm. Once you have created your masterpieces and providing that there are no events scheduled after yours, please hang around keep partying and enjoy drinks from our bar.
We can offer our venues privately to groups of 15 minimum, during the times below, or a flat fee of $900 (GST Exclusive). Please note that food and alcohol is not included in this price.
Wednesday 2-5pm for Braddon and Kingston, 6.30 – 9.30pm for Braddon only. Thursday & Friday 2-5pm, Sunday 11- 2pm and 4-7pm. We can also offer different times of the week providing we have staff available for your event.
Should you wish to order A La Carte on the day, then we certainly provide you with a menu of delicious share plates. Although, preselecting your food will always guarantee that we have your requests covered and timing of service, will be better organised.
It is really important that everyone arrives at least 15 minutes early to get settled and get their drink, so that we can commence the art activity on time. We are unable to allow extra time for late arrivals, as we often need to be setting up for the next event and our amazing artists are paid by the hour.
Our Paint & Sip business is unique to Australia, in that we have a full bar and therefore, as our valued guests, providing there isn’t another event scheduled, you can party on at Paint Pinot, once you have created your masterpiece. At our Kingston Wine Bar, we have a section for the general public to come and enjoy a glass of wine and a snack and we are unable to allow private bookings to reserve this area for your private events.
Our venues are fully functioning art studio wine bars. This means you don’t have to prepare your food and lug your drinks along to the event. And let’s face it, who wants to spend a tonne of time just getting ready for what’s supposed to be a relaxing occasion.

People often have a misguided belief that they aren’t artistic or creative. There is not a wrong or a right way to make art. Tina, owner of Paint Pinot has always believed, “There’s a painting in every person.”. Visit our gallery and choose which painting you would like for your corporate event. Choose your painting
The Painting Session Program. In most cases your painting session will run for 3 hours. We really like to highlight the importance of coming 15 minutes early. This is so that you can get a drink, take the odd selfie, socialise and get settled. The beginning of our painting session is the most important time, as a lot of information about painting, our paint, and the image that you have chosen will be delivered.
It is difficult for our amazing artists to repeat instructions for late commers and incredibly boring for everyone, that have made the effort to be on time. We also want to give you the opportunity to have as much painting time as possible.
You will generally get a drink from the bar to begin with and if you’re a large group this can take time. You will also need to put on an apron to protect your clothes. Please be mindful of the clothes that you wear. If you have long flowing sleeves, you can easily drag your sleeves across the paint and our paint is top quality artist paint – beautiful to paint with, but not so beautiful to get out of your clothes.
The artist will go through some admin, generally about the paint and the painting process. He/she will then get you all started and make sure that you are all comfortable with the process of painting your chosen painting.
About an hour into our session, food will be served if packages have been organised. Please be mindful that if your are a large group, this will take time and not everyone may be eating at the same time.
We don’t generally stop the painting process to eat, but sometimes the organiser of your event may have made other plans.
We generally finish the painting about 10-15 minutes early, to give you time to take picture and the artist usually takes a group photo with your masterpieces. The paintings are then yours to take home.
