Paint Pinot – Braddon, is Canberra’s only fully licensed Paint & Sip Art Wine Bar. Located on Lonsdale Street, in the Nibu Building, on the ground Floor with the funky window that stretches out on to the footpath. We have created a fun wine bar from black scaffolding and merbau timber. We have also decorated some of the walls with a brick look, finished with a timber barndoor. Everyone loves our quirky studio/Cafe/Wine Bar.

Everybody is welcome to come and test their hidden painting talent, and trust us, we see this all the time, while enjoying an Espresso Martini and our Spicy Salami Pizza.

We cater to Hens parties, birthday parties, corporate team building events or just to a group of friends that want to hang out and try something different. Private paint & sip sessions are available at our Braddon studio.

Frequently asked questions

Shall I bring our own alcohol?

Absolutely no need: We make fun cocktails, serve bubbles, wine, spirits and we make a great coffee too, we have you covered.

Should we eat beforehand?

Absolutely no need – we have a selection of delicious snacks for purchase, served hot and freshly made. Just bring yourself. Check out our food and beverage selections.

Can I just come in for a glass of wine?

Absolutely, if we are not fully booked, don’t have COVID number restrictions in place and we are open, you can come in any time and enjoy a glass of wine.

What to expect at our Paint Pinot Art Wine Bar in Braddon?

We strive to provide a fun and unique painting experience that will stimulate your imagination, reduce your stress and indulge in some therapy. Add that with a favourite drink of yours, great food and music and you are bound to forget all your woes.

Do I need to bring anything to my session?

Just bring yourself, an open mind for a creative experience, a thirst, an appetite and of course your best friend to share your experience with.

What should I wear?

We do have aprons, but you may still get a little paint on you – so don’t wear your best outfit.

What is included at the Paint Pinot Art Wine Bar, Braddon?

When you purchase a ticket for an event in Braddon you will be presented with the painting that you purchased your ticket for. We have over 40 paintings for you to have chosen from and these are updated all the time.
You will have an easel, a paper palette, brushes, paint and of course an apron, all ready for you to use. We have a collection of great artists in Braddon, that will guide you for up to 3 hours to create your masterpiece.
There is of course a menu for finger food and light snacks with a great selection of wine, bubbles, beer, cider and cocktails. Check out our gallery for pictures of past paintings to get some inspo!
